This week we cellebrate Easter.
In the USA and many other countries people (mainly kids) make Easter eggs.
Easter eggs are hard-boiled eggs, coloured or painted.
Here's how you can make your own Easter eggs.
Esta semana celebranos la Pascua.
En los Estados Unidos y muchos otros paises la gente (especialmente los niños) hacen huevos de Pascua.
Los huevos de pascua son huevos duros que se colorean o pintan.
Veamos como puedes hacer tus propios huevos de Pascua.
STEP 1
Put a pan with cold water on the heat and put some eggs in it.
Bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Take the eggs out of the pan and let them cool.
PASO 1
Pon un cazo con agua fria al fuego y mete algunos huevos dentro.
Llévalos a ebullición y tenlos ahí, al menos entre 10 y 15 minutos.
Saca los huevos del cazo y déjalos enfriar.
STEP 2
Now you can paint the eggs with markers or paint.
PASO 2
Ya puedes pintar los huevos con rotuladores o pintura.
STEP 3
If you want to colour or dye your eggs first you have to prepare your colouring liquid.
In a bowl mix the following ingredients:
Take the eggs out of the liquid and let them dry. Now you can add details with markers.

Si quieres colorear o teñir los huevos primero tienes que preparar el líquido colorante.
En un cuenco mezcla estos ingredientes:
Introduce los huevos en el líquido. Déjalos ahí durante unos 10-15 minutos por lo menos. Cuanto más tiempo estén en el líquido, más oscuro será el color.
Saca los huevos del líquido y déjalos secar. Ahora puedes añadir detalles con los rotuladores.

- About 24 drops of food colouring (you can mix different colours).
- 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml).

En un cuenco mezcla estos ingredientes:
- 1 cucharada sopera de vinagre blanco.
- Unas 24 gotas de coorante alimentario (puedes mezclar colores).
- 1 taza de agua hirviendo (250 ml).
Introduce los huevos en el líquido. Déjalos ahí durante unos 10-15 minutos por lo menos. Cuanto más tiempo estén en el líquido, más oscuro será el color.
Saca los huevos del líquido y déjalos secar. Ahora puedes añadir detalles con los rotuladores.
